Jaap Bierman joined HTM in 2014 and has 25 years of (international) work experience in the transport and energy sectors, at companies including Shell and Nedlloyd. Jaap is a Mechanical Engineer (TU Delft) and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Rein ter Horst is CFO at bij HTM Personenvervoer N.V. Together with CEO Jaap Bierman en COO Karen Bosch he forms HTM's statutory board. Rein has been working with HTM since May 2024. Prior to this he worked as director finance and economics at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.
