HTM Duo Return

HTM Duo Return is a temporary action ticket, only available in the HTM app during the period from Saturday 30 November 2024 to Sunday 5 January 2025.

With the HTM Duo Return, two persons travel together during off-peak hours with HTM round trip to any destination reachable by HTM. Product conditions apply:

• Valid only on the day of purchase.
• Valid on weekdays from 09.00 and all day on weekends and public holidays.
• Valid on all HTM trams and buses, except HTM Nachtbus.
• Not valid with other transport companies.

• The HTM Duo Return consists of two tickets; one for the outward journey, and one for the return journey.
• Each ticket is valid for 90 minutes and changing tram/bus is allowed. Just before you start your outward journey, activate the ‘outbound’ ticket in the HTM app. From then on, the 90 minutes of unlimited travel will start. For the return journey you do the same with the ‘return journey’ ticket.
• After purchase you cannot return the HTM Duo Return or exchange it for another ticket; refunds are not possible.
• You do not have to check in and out at the card reader in the tram or bus with the HTM Duo Return.
• You do have to show the activated ticket on your phone to the bus driver when boarding the bus and upon request when being checked. Screenshots and prints of the ticket are not valid.
