HTM kids day ticket
With the HTM kids day ticket, a child between 4 and 12 years old travels with HTM for a whole day, including the possibility of changing trains. Product conditions apply:
- Valid for 1 child (4-12 years old) during a period of one day, until the end of that day's service.
- Valid on all HTM trams and buses, except HTM Night bus.
- Not valid with other transport companies.
- Transfer is allowed.
- After purchase, the HTM kids day ticket cannot be returned or exchanged for another ticket; refunds are not possible.
- You must hand over the transport ticket when it is checked.
The start time of the HTM kids day ticket depends on where you purchased the ticket:
- Single ticket at one of the HTM Service Shops: validity starts immediately after first check-in. Check in and out each time you get in and out.
- Single ticket from the bus driver or ticket machine in the tram: validity starts at the time of purchase. No need to check-in.
- Digital ticket in the HTM App: the HTM kids day ticket can only be used on the day of purchase and becomes valid immediately after purchase. Copies of the barcode or print screens are not valid.
