Which tendering platform does HTM use?

CTM tendering platform

To ensure that the tendering procedures run as efficiently and smoothly as possible, HTM uses the CTM Solution online tendering platform.
Would you, as a supplier, like to participate in HTM's public (European) tenders? Then register on CTM Solution. Creating an account is free of charge.
If you are already registered, you can use your existing account. The publications for HTM tenders are published on  www.tenderned.nl. Search for: HTM Personenvervoer N.V.

Recognition schemes

HTM uses an approval scheme for various categories of works, services and supplies. Parties can apply for these at any time. In practice, the lead time for approval is 3-6 months. This depends, among other things, on the speed and completeness with which candidates submit their information.

With effect from 8 January 2024, the new recognition scheme 2022-2026 came into force for categories 5.1 to 5.5
